Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ko77 platform. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ko77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ko77 does not impose currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ko77 account balance in real time or within a few seconds of confirmation. Bank and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ko77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual in amount or pattern.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal of funds that originate from bonus credits is subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully met. Deposits that have not been used for any wagering activity may be returned to the original payment method subject to a fraud and AML review. ko77 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that have not been used for a deposit on the same ko77 account.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free play credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ko77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are non-withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. ko77 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time of the promotion.

Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on ko77 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. ko77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in Section 7.3.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on ko77. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. ko77 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account at its discretion.

7.3 Void Bets

In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

7.4 Game Outcomes

13.2 Termination by ko77

ko77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a breach of these Terms has occurred; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity has taken place; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to ko77, other players, or third parties. In cases of confirmed fraud, balances may be forfeited. In other cases, legitimate balances will be returned to the player following completion of any applicable verification process.

Amendments

ko77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
